THE PITONS WILL TAKE YOUR BREATH AWAY

A trip to the world renowned Pitons is a must. They are St.Lucia’s most popular attraction and of course a world heritage site. Namely Gros Piton and Petit Piton, the first is 771m high and the other 743m high respectively.

To get the best view of these breathtaking colossal peaks, one must tour the viewing points located in the town of Soufriere. If your hotel room is located in Soufriere, you are most likely to wake up to the site of these Piton’s every day. Believe me, it never gets old! As I did, you will take a picture daily and they will always be epic shots.

Are you really still here contemplating your visit? 🤔Take my word for it when I say that you will enjoy every moment spent in St.Lucia.

Do you love adventure? On a cool morning you can hike to the top of Gros Piton. The fascinating scenery is sure to leave you breathless all along the way. Personally, I’m not a fan of walking or hiking but I would do it all over again for the love of the priceless views and amazing tour guides who feed you the history of Saint Lucia and the peaks. https://youtu.be/MjERrM437MQ?t=266

Diamond Falls

If you dislike the odor, here’s an alternative, which for me is just another lovely experience. The Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens.

Didn’t you just feel relaxed reading this?

The Garden is a lovely walk which closes off with an amazing natural waterfall. The sounds upon arrival alone, builds your anticipation and you will not be disappointed by the sight much less taking a dip in the waterfall.

Sulphur Springs

More sites to visit 20 minutes away, as you will be welcomed to the worlds ONLY drive-through volcano. Can you imagine? Stop imagining and just visit. Conclude your day, as you relax at the Sulphur Springs. Yes sulphur! These are various pools of warm sulphur water that you can relax in. It’s a soothing pool bath which always leaves my skin smooth and refreshed. Some people dislike the odor of the sulphur but I always soak it all in when my mind becomes free in the pool.
