Our Covid-19 Policy!

This has been CRAZY, I know! 2021 has started in a somewhat similiar fashion but we have hopes that this gets better.

Things in St.Lucia have not been the best either BUT we do know that St.Lucia is the perfect escape for you with our accommodation, our natural beauty, our hospitality and this is why many couples choose our beautiful island for their Covid-19 escapes. I do have a responsibility however to reiterate that we want you to treat our dear island with care. Please please please follow ALL Covid-19 protocols as they would be outlined to you! It’s important that you do this deligently in order to preserve our paradise.

 

Our Policy!

I want to keep this short and sweet. I have outlined our Covid-19 Policy for couples who decide to book with us. Hopefully this relieves alot of stress and uncertainty especially in these crazy times! This policy is going to help make this booking easier for you. Here you go:

OFFICIAL COVID-19 POLICY

  • A full refund is due to any client who cancels their booking based on the following ONLY:
  1. Travel Restrictions render it impossible to travel for your date. In this case any client who has booked within 3-6months of their wedding date is allowed a full refund.

 

  • Every client is allowed to reschedule their wedding date within 1yr with no extra charge.
  • Refunds will not be issued out if clients cancel for any reason other than that which is outlined above.
